The Process

After your initial contact and following a brief explanation of your requirement you would be directed to a senior staff member able to comprehend and perhaps give advice on your proposal, following which an acceptable resolution would be found to satisfy both you and your circumstances. This could be in the form of a brief exchange of correspondence or sketches or by a more formal route of meetings or for site visits to view and discuss your requirements. Whichever route is adopted you can be assured that you will receive our full support and attention.

We have an in house design team capable of handling all our client requests, using the latest computer aided graphics we are able to plan not only the layout of any new machinery but also to add on or incorporate these into an existing assembly allowing an evaluation of the effectiveness of the proposal prior to manufacturing.

Once a scheme, process of operation or individual machine has been agreed with the client the next stage would be a full design and layout of the equipment for manufacture, full working drawings would be produced and passed to the workshop for fabrication and construction.

The client would be kept appraised at all stages of manufacture with workshop visits being arranged to suit individual requirements. This allows for adjustments or modifications to be incorporated at a juncture when costs can be kept to a minimum.

On completion and prior to delivery the machinery would be put through stringent and exhaustive checking and testing procedures to eliminate any snags or problems.

Once the assembly has been delivered, installed and running we offer a full backup service specifically tailored to meet the individual client requirements.

Manufacturing

Our manufacturing capabilities can be broadly divided into two separate sections dependant on the eventual use of the item to be manufactured, Mild Steel and Stainless Steel:

Mild Steel:

Structural Steelwork
Manufacture, supply and install all steelwork for industrial, agricultural or private buildings from foundation reinforcement through columns and beams to rafters for roof support or at any intermediate stage between.

Agricultural Equipment
Major equipment manufacture, modification or repair to ground engaging tools such as harrows and ploughs, seeders and planters or produce handling equipment for example cleaner loaders, elevators or conveyors.

Fabricated steel items
Bus Shelters, Fencing, Staircases internal and external, factory conveyors, mesh cages, gates.

Maintenance and Service
We offer a full backup on all our products to ensure our clients maintain ultimate productivity thereby maximising returns.

Stainless Steel:

Food Industry
Design, manufacture, supply and install bespoke management systems for the efficient, hygienic and safe handling of food products directly in a raw state, frozen, chilled or cooked.

Decorative Work
Design, manufacture and install staircases, balustrades in stainless steel and glass to clients own outline.

Structural Work
Manufacture and install specialist steelwork or equipment where high resistance to corrosion is required.
